Psycho Chick- Sweet Sriracha Stir Fry Vegetables


  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced into half moons
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup Drunk Chicks Craft Sauces Psycho Chick - Sweet Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish


  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  2. Add the bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, snap peas, and broccoli to the hot skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Sweet Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
  5. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  6. Serve the Sweet Sriracha veggie stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles. Garnish with chopped green onions. Enjoy as a vegetarian main dish or as a side dish with your favorite protein.
