Sassy Chick- Alabama White BBQ Chicken Salad


  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup Drunk Chicks Craft Sauces Sassy Chick - Alabama White BBQ Sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves or bread rolls for serving


  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced celery, chopped pickles, red onion, and green onions.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Alabama White BBQ Sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until well coated.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
  • Serve the chicken salad on lettuce leaves as a refreshing salad or use it as a filling for sandwiches or wraps.
